Do I have to pay for return shipping? No! We provide a pre-paid shipping label for all eligible returns. Return shipping is on us.

Are your bags waterproof? Most of our bags are water-resistant and designed to protect your gear from light rain and spills. Please check the specific product description for the weather-resistance rating.
